Exciting guest lecture about the topic: “Chatbots based on Dialogflow”.
On 22.11.2019 the Schöller Endowed Chair was visited by Simon Kaiser from the BOTfriends as part of the Enterprise Content and Collaboration Management exercise!
BOTfriends wants to optimize communication processes globally by using chatbots and become the contact point in Germany for the development and design of bots. For this they combine different technologies and methods to develop outstanding and individual chatbot solutions.
Together with Mr. Kaiser the students had the opportunity to create their own chatbot based on Goodle Dialogflow. The students built their own chatbot, which is able to handle pizza orders.
