Innovation and Knowledge Management: Guest Lecture by ITONICS
In the course of the Enterprise Knowledge Management lecture, the Schöller team was able to welcome Dr. Michael Durst, founder and Chief Executive Officer of ITONICS, who gave an interesting insight into the importance of innovation management in companies and established the connection to knowledge management.
Michael Durst used many examples to show how innovations change already existing structures and that a fundamental basis for this is a good IT-supported organization and application of knowledge in companies. Innovation and knowledge management must go side by side, so that companies can manage the challenges of digitization.
