New Master Module at the Schöller-Endowed Chair: E-HRM
With the support of the Virtual University of Bavaria (vhb) our new online course “Electronic Human Resources Management” will start on October 1, 2020.
The aim of the online course is to familiarize students with the use and development of digital technologies in human resources management and to discuss the effects of digital technologies on the human resources. Based on a case study, students are given the opportunity to study the basics of strategic and electronic human resource management in detail, in order to be able to analyze technological fields of application as well as opportunities and challenges of E-HRM. The course is completely available in German and in English.
The registration for the online course can be done through the VHB portal. For this purpose you have to register at the vhb portal and search for the department “Economics” under the tab “Course Program WS20/21“. Then you will find the module “Electronic Human Resources Management” under the tab “Human Resources“. Course registration is possible from 01.10.2020 00:00 o’clock until 23.12.2020 23:59 o’clock.
