Weissman & Cie concludes WISO Meets Consulting lecture series
Today, two consultants from Weissman & Cie completed the series of exciting guest lectures within our WISO Meets Consulting seminar. Maximilian Beisl and Dr. Alexander Koch shared their experience about a holistic approach to corporate development, based on a real-life project example. Within a case study, the students got to know the TAM-SAM-SOM framework, which is a well-known gadget for defining a firm’s target market.
